A woman in Lagos has been arrested for abusing her housemaid by putting pepper in her eyes and vagina.
According to the police, 40-year-old Deborah Gabriel, was arrested for rubbing pepper into the eyes and vagina of her 8-year-old maid because she ate a plate of rice without permission.
Police investigations revealed that the girl worked for the woman for five months before the incident occurred. The girl told investigators that she took a plate of rice without permission because she was very hungry.
